- Set the tables the same way every time.
- Polish wine glasses before use.
- Maintain organization. (Glassware shelves, utensil organizer, etc.)
- Place glasses/mugs in their correct places.
- Clean up after yourself.
This list is very fluid and will evolve over time.

This looks very complete. I would add for weekend servers to check restrooms for towels etc as I'm off 6 shifts in a row and not there to check that stuff. Also, the floors, while terrible to begin with, look really bad with salty snow coming in the door. Servers need to pay attention to sweeping and T and I will try to mop more frequently.
